A happy Venus. Venus rules love and marriage. I skip Venus retrograde completely and give extra points when the Moon meets Venus or Jupiter kindly.
No Mercury retrograde. Contracts, vows and plans signed in a retrograde often need redoing.
No eclipse weeks. Eclipses shake things up, which is great for change and not so great for a wedding.
A loving Moon sign. Taurus, Cancer and Libra Moons are the classic choices for marriage: steady, caring and romantic.
